At Bvldfamly, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Due to the large size and heavy weight of our panel furniture, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent while addressing potential concerns.

1. Returns for Quality Issues or Missing Parts

  • If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or missing components, we offer free replacement parts or a full product replacement.

  • To resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team at aftersale-wzjj@outlook.com. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description. We will promptly arrange a replacement.

2. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

  • If you wish to return the product due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size/color selection), we accept return requests within 60 days of delivery.

  • Important Note: Due to the heavy weight and high shipping costs of large furniture, return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. This includes any fees associated with repackaging, pickup, or return logistics.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For replacements, we will ship the new product or parts immediately upon confirmation of the issue.
